We look forward to re-connecting with clients/colleagues at the first on-site SOT in two years, held this year in San Diego between 27-31 March.
MicroMatrices will be presenting at the InSphero exhibitor hosted session planned for Tuesday 29 between 12-1, Room 23A . This will focus on the progress to date of the pharma-sponsored cross species consortium designed to recapitulate in vivo tox findings for DILI-inducing compounds in InSphero liver spheroid models from 4 species: human rat, dog and monkey. MicroMatrices are generating histopathology (H&E) images of the models for the consortium using our SpheroMatrices microTMA technology.
Also, we have a poster on Monday 28 March entitled “Adverse Outcome Pathway Screening for Cross-Species Risk Assessment in 3D Liver Microtissues” (Abstract Number/Poster Board number:3150/P277) 3150/P277) .
on an interactive, step by step basis. Collaborations can begin with pilot projects which can then be scaled up to larger research programs, according to your requirements.
